Tea Time

     I inherited a love for tea from afternoon teas with my Grandma. And my Mom would have a cup of tea and graham crackers waiting as an after-school snack.       
​     Having a cup of tea has become a time of relaxing, enjoying a good book or the company of a friend.
     Once I heard the Lord say, “Get your cup of tea and sit with me for a while.” The Lord is so loving and caring. Maybe you would like to get your cup of tea or if you prefer, a cup of coffee, and sit with the Him for a while. ​

​A Tip: 
Sometimes life wobbles and even turns upside down, but eventually it turns right side up again. It's important not to ​leave God out, no matter which way it may wobble.

Enjoying a relaxing ​afternoon

The Lord spoke to my heart saying: ​
​Call my people to me. My heart aches for them. They are so wrapped up in the busyness of life. Few take time to talk with me, and fewer yet who walk with me. My heart cries out; come to me all those who are heavy ladened and I will give you rest. My heart cries out to those who love me; come visit me in my sanctuary where you will find rest for your soul. My heart cries out to those who are seeking me; keep searching, I am here. I’m not far from you. Take time to listen. I will speak to your heart and we will commune as one. The time grows short and the time grows dark. But my light is always seeping through the darkness. So, rejoice in me. Find hope in me. It’s time to shine bright in this fallen world. I come quickly.
